3.1 Scheduling and Participation

Once you register for a Service, you gain access to scheduled sessions or recorded materials as described at the time of purchase.

3.2 Rescheduling

You may request to reschedule a live session up to 7 days before its start date by contacting us via Contact Us. Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the session may not be accommodated.

4. Digital Content

We provide access to downloadable guides, videos, and workbooks (“Infoproducts”). Upon confirmation of purchase, access is granted immediately unless otherwise noted.

5. Physical Products

We sell physical items related to personal development (“Goods”). Shipping rates and delivery times are detailed at checkout.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

If you cancel a live course at least 14 days prior to its start date, you are eligible for a full refund. If you cancel less than 14 days before, a credit may be issued toward a future course. No refunds are provided once a course starts, as resources and instructor time are reserved.

6.2 Infoproducts

Due to the immediate nature of digital delivery, all sales of Infoproducts are final. No refunds are available once access has been granted.

6.3 Physical Products

Goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us via our support form with order details. Once approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

6.4 Non-Refundable Circumstances

Cancellations made after course commencement, digital materials accessed, or goods not in original condition are not refundable. We reserve these terms due to preparation efforts and digital licensing considerations.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on Zenarylostra and become effective upon posting.
